Bulava Buys Four Goats for Nursery Home Free from Russian Occupation

Ukraine has local nursery homes for not only the elderly, but also for special-needs adults who require extra care. The war has challenged the operations and abilities to provide care for those who need it. Additionally, many of these care centers are facing even more challenges by accommodating those who are displaced from the war.

Bulava purchased four goats for a nursery home in Borodyanka. The Borodyanka nursery was under Russian occupation from February to April of this year. Their team has overcome the challenges of providing care to their residents under occupation, rebuilding after destruction, and working to provide even more care to their residents. The four goats not only provide residents with fresh cheese, milk, and butter, but also create a valuable opportunity for residential therapy and work for those in the nursery’s care.
